OUR HISTORY
Blue Sage Property Management was founded in 2001. We manage long term rentals, offices, and now vacation rentals under the name “Brigadoon Vacation Rentals”. Brigadoon has been active in the Peninsula for several years, purchased by Blue Sage in August 2020.
We are affiliated with NARPM, the National Association of Residential Property Managers. Our company has earned the CRMC designation: “Certified Residential Management Company.” We are also affiliated with VRMA, Vacation Rental Management Association.
